Order Filters

The order filters define the rules for automatically assigning orders to the plan groups. You can select from a list of the available criteria to tailor the filtering rule to fit their operation.

Orders can only be in a single plan group and are assigned to the first plan group that matches the orders criteria. It is possible to reorder the plan group to achieve the correct grouping.

It is important to note that if you make changes to order filters that would result in order being moved to a new plan group, planned orders will be remain on their current master routes until removed. A warning will be shown on these orders that they are in the wrong plan group.
