Order View

An order in the Master Routing Module represents a request for waste collection from a customer. Orders include information such as the customer's address, the type of waste, type of container, and the service frequency. Customer can have many orders and orders can have many visits. For example, a customer may have two orders, one for Mixed Waste and one for Recycling. If the order service frequency is 2 times per week, they have two visits for planning.

The Order View gives the planner an overview of the order details, such as material and container, and the service location. It also lists all the visit for an order and their current plan status. Planners can also use this view to plan visits on compatible Master Routes.

It consist of 3 panels:

• Visit panel in the middle

• Compatible route panel on the right
